Copy: Energy work for a broken heart

Hi Robert,

Is there any good energy work practices to help mend a seriously broken heart (emotional not physical). Especially the stuck energy from being intensely heart broken for a long time, or multiple times.

Also can being intensely heart broken for an extended period of time cause damage to the heart chakra or energy structures?

Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m sure energy work can help so the energies move faster. But depending on what caused the broken heart ( loved one passing away, or a failed relationship). Then sometimes you will need to just have time do the healing. Since your thoughts will be greatly influenced by the broken heart.

If anyone knows the answer to OPs question I am very interested too.
