Involuntary head movements

Hi Robert,

Hope you are doing well.

I am doing yoga practise 1 hour everyday from last 2 months and these days I am experiencing involuntary head movements like circular movements of my head during meditation. Also I experience head movements when I seat in the relaxed mood.

Is it movement because of Kundalini energy? Or is it something else?

Do you have any idea?

This can be related to kundalini awakening, yes. I think in the traditions they are called Kryas/Krias (sp?), relating to spontaneous physical movements caused by energy movement, etc.
