Deep breath cleansing the human energy body

Revising the Basic Energy Body Flow
The spinal chakral column is connected like beads upon a straw, the colours of the spinal chakral column reflect the colours of visible light in the EMR spectrum . And like those colours each chakra has a different vibration of sound and colour the nature of which is like a musical instrument which allows the light to move like sound upon a chord. Or to be stepped up or stepped down like a transformer .

Initially, energy enters the spine from one of two apertures.These apertures function like an os allowing light energy to enter from above or below the spine . Energy then moves through the chakras as directed from top to bottom or bottom to top.

When the limbs become able to take in energy it will be evident that the bare feet in contact with the ground allow an excellent flow to the spine through the legs . The hands are naturally capable of delivering energy as for Reiki healing and for psionics.

But when a centre is fully functional it will be able to take in and expel energy also . This happens from direct energy exercises . Practice in daily deep cleansing breaths will facilitate energy body development .

I recommend fully opening the energy body prior to raising fresh energy to do any energy work ie healing , meditation , projection , psionics .

The human energy body function's better as a sieve.It naturally develops multiple openings on every energy centre .

For example a chakra on the spinal chakra column will initially have openings on the top and bottom to facilitate flow to the chakras above and below it . But in time , the chakra will open at the core on the front of the body . The core will connect the centre of the chakra with a physical feature of the body allowing energy flow . The cores of each chakra on the extended energy body are charted below .

Deep Breath Cleansing to prepare for a Full Body Circuit
Preparation
This can be done sitting up in an armchair or lying down on one side . Bare your feet and dim the lights.Get comfortable in loose non constricting clothing .

Take energy into this chakral column channel
Breathe out naturally and then breathe in deeply with the mouth open .
As you take in the first breath visualise the crown opening . It is not important to actually take the consciousness to the crown and see it open clairvoyantly . What is meant by visualising in energy work is generally to see in the mind the function occur . That is to feel and see the os of the scalp opening like a cameral os and then more importantly to sense energy enter through this opening .

Breathing into a chakra
As you breathe in SWIRL the energy down and around to clean out the chakra and coat it thoroughly. That is to pull energy into each chakra to coat it by moving the energy down in a gentle corkscrew like vortex of light .

Just before you exhale send the energy out of the chakra at the core in 8 directions . That is see the chakra as an orb and cause energy to come to the diameter of the sphere which bisects it vertically . Now from this belt around the chakra , expel energy in 8 equidistant openings .

Then fully exhale from the mouth audibly .

Repeat this breathing through each chakra on your spine from crown to perineum as listed below .

Breathing to clean the legs
The legs have minor chakras on each joint and in time chakras will develop in the centre of the thigh and the calve also .

Continue on from the spinal chakral columns sending energy out through the hips ,mid thighs , knees , mid calves and ankles .

Breathing to clean the arms
The heart is the pump of the human energy body . Take in another deep cleansing breath and see and feel it swirling down to the heart now. Push energy from the heart to the arms with each breath brining it down and expelling the energy 8 ways before you exhale .

ie Bring energy down through crown to the heart and bring it up to the right shoulder with the next breath. Exhale through the shoulder 9 ways . Breathe in and bribg energy down to the mid upper arm , exhale 8 ways .Breathe in and bring energy down to the elbow , exhale 8 ways. Breathe in and bring energy down to the mid forearm exhale i 8 ways .Breathe in and bribg energy down to the wrist exhale it 8 ways .Breathe in and exhale the breath through the palm . Finally breathe in and exhale through the fingertips.

Repeat with the left arm .

The more you practice the better you will feel .
