My New Journey

Hello all!

I am here to write in my journal about me starting out a brand new journey for myself and taking it to the next level. I never really had time to meditate or do much for energy work, but now energy is just coming in me like a waterfall. I can meditate longer, but haven't really meditated much. I am starting fresh. An overweight 150 pound 16 year old who wants to become smaller as well as reach Samadhi. I am still pretty new to this stuff, but over the course of this journal, I should be starting with NEW and meditating to get all these metaphysical abilities or should I say siddhis which are side effects to reaching my true self. I will start as soon as possible and keep this updated at all times :)
