What type of energy is NEW using, in Bardon's terms
Mr. Bruce, I have worked through your books, which has been an incredible experience, and am now working with Bardon's IIH, about to begin step 2. I would like to know what type of energy, in Bardon's terminology, I am working with in your NEW system.
Also, if you have any tips about, or know of any common misconceptions in the first couple steps of IIH, I always appreciate your input and your clear, modern explanations of older concepts.

There is only one energy in the human body.
Bardon breaks it down into magnetic and electric.
Chinese systems break this down even more.
Other eastern systems break it down in other ways.
I prefer a simpler approach.
Bardon's work is excellent and fairly universal in its principles.
