so: I tried to go asleep in the state of meditation and after a while I surprisingly felt myself being up in a tree, looking towards the sky. After I realised that I am not in my body anymore, I was afraid and immediately returned to my body and that was felt like a physical electric shock.
Has somebody had similar experiences?
I felt electric tingling for a short moment all over upon re-entry (when waking up) from an OBE/AP. Would not describe it as an electric shock. Rather similar (but not equal) to goosebumps, just more 'electric'. It was for a time an equivalent marker for re-entry analogous to the vibrations as a marker for exit.
Yes, many of us have had spontaneous experiences before learning to induce them.
