Success with Binaural or Isochronic tones?

Any of you people used these to help get out of your physical body? any experiences? I think they could be very helpfull.

My personal resume is divided:

OBE/AP: I tried a lot (mostly let it all run background at night), and still do, but up to now I found it utter useless. No effect.
For meditation: Great! It helps!

But that is always subjective.

I've used robert monroes hemi-sync cds before. I actually had pretty good results with it.mostly with condition d and c. While using the cds I was also doing a lot of energy work too, so maybe a combination of the two would give better results.

If you have the money to burn check out the papi courses.they use the hemi-sync cds extensively and can provide support in their use.

I like binaurals for meditation, I have never tried isochronics. Or at least not that I know of.
