Hi can anyone tell me, does the new Energy Work book build upon NEW as taught in the Mastering Astral Projection book, or NEW as taught in Astral Dynamics which is a bit harder to learn in my opinion?

I'd say like MAP. I had MAP first, and it is indeed easier to learn from, and "Energy Work" is very good, too.
