Q1) Linked to affirmations, ¿what a energy work routine is reliable? ¿Done throat chakra relevance at affirmation time, proper stimulation of this is advisable; or, energy body balancing is always the rule?
Q2) Filling subnavel, ¿proper chakra balancing is assured? Id est: ¿Can we trust at energy body wisdom the work of balancing done the assumption that energy body knows where a lack of energy claims for attention?
Q3) Affirmations by itself ¿are seemable to a meditative task?

The affirmations and energy work actions used depend on what one wishes to achieve...eg, spiritual development, psychic abilities, healing... The throat chakra can be extra stimulated, but so long as affirmations are mostly verbal (spoken aloud) they will work well.

You can trust your energy body's innate intelligence, so long as individual higher centers are not overworked. Extra stimulation of a higher center is okay for a few sessions, so long as this is not done every day.
Q3) Affirmations by itself ¿are seemable to a meditative task?
Affirmations can be said mentally during meditation, but for best results they should be spoken aloud. Make good use of driving time and alone time to speak them clearly and firmly.
