Trapped in a void.

I encountered a voidspace today, and part of my mind got trapped in it.

The associted parts of my mind that are trapped seem to be going down. I feel very much ill at ease. I'm trying to keep more parts of my mind from slipping in, but it's kind of difficult.

Does anyone have any advice, or could anyone offer me some assistance?

Just a comment- sometimes when I phase or project, I feel like part of me is still 'there', and it takes a bit to reintegrate completely.
The only advice I would give is to try a centering meditation, to 'gather yourself together'. A little yoga sometimes can help, if you are familiar with it.
