Is this trance......?

hello guys
when i do the deep breathing exrecise for mind taming, i start feeling strong vibrations inside my body....
its more like current is flowing in my body and if i concentrate on this current, i can increase its intensity too........
i remember when i focused on this current/vibrations, i probably felt REM too...i am not sure but it was probably REM
is this state trance where i feel current flowing in my body.......?

It depends how long you've been doing it- more than likely it's your energy body responding to the movement- a light trance may be enough to deepen energy sensations, and so can a deeper trance. It all depends on whether you have any external-world awareness- if you've 'dissapeared' from the physical, so to speak.
