I noticed that there are activities that are introduced on the program in the early weeks that are not included in the later weeks.
If I am at say for instance "Day 28" can I add stuff from the previous weeks that's not on the day 28 schedule or do you have to stick strictly only to what it says to do on day 28 and do no more?
