TMI Paul Elder on RVing & Sidereal Time

Paul Elder, TMI RVing trainer mentions that the radiation from the Milky Way
disturbs remote viewing. You have to be on the right side of Earth to get the
best RVing results, about 13:30 Sidereal Time! Listen around 29:25 into the
clip, (the rest of the clip is interesting, too).

It seems that something similar to the Monroe H band noise, also is present
in the Milky Way, disturbs RVing, but the disturbance can be blocked out by
the Earth.

Maybe this also goes for other nonphysical abilities, like OBEing?

Yes, I wish more such interviews with direct and specific questions were done
on the TMI trainers as they know a lot of things. Almost every time I've
listened to such an interview, something new emerges.

If anyone has net references, please put a post somewhere. For example, I like
the youtubes on Skip Atwater, where he holds classes. I wish those clips were more.
