Hi Bruce,

I have been doing energy work from your book and have been loving it.
I have found that I have pain (nothing unbearable) when it comes to a blockage.

Is this normal or a good sign I'm working through it? And what would you recommend would be the best way to work through it?

Tolerate the pain as best you can.

Burn it away with violet fire, and etc.

Be patient and give your body time to heal itself.

Use spoken affirmations to help.
