just wanted to ask you
I know how you said that regular energy work can seem like nothing is happening, that is the buzzing tingling effects will not be as noticeable.
well I've been doing energy center storage and spinal bounces, and my centers after a bit feel hot, like I'm sitting bare skinned on a heating pad, no uncomfortable hot but hot. by body also feels cool or cold when this happens.
any idea why?
