Water fasting and negs question

I have a question: can water fasting be used to heal emotional scars from traumatic events that involved negs, and if so, how long would the reccomended fast be for?
I ask becase it seems like I have been used up and am frequently exahusted by even the simplest things. At times when I walk it seems I lack the vitality to do so, and my higher self or my guardian angels often lift me up telekineticallly when I walk and nearly fall down, and in addition to that there are sometimes also strong outbursts of screaming and crying. I do not suspect all this is due to energy drainage by negs as by the fact that I seem to have used up my vitality to a great extent through having to endure suffering and torture. My higher self seems to cut me off from much of my emotions because I asked it to keep me from wanting to kill myself, but there are these ocasional outpourings of emotional pain and grief.
I understand that you spoke about water fasting in one of your last posts, but I was wondering if you could include an awnser to this question as well.

Fasting for this purpose should be at least 28 days.

Yes, this will help enormously with neg attachments and past emotional trauma.

Research fasting before you attempt anything longer than 5 days.

And, you can only water fast (take nothing but lots of water) if you are not taking any medications that cannot be stopped. If this is the case, then I suggest you do a month or two on raw food and or juices as an alternative.

A month long fast will cure just about anything...and is also an enormous help with overcoming neg issues.
