Astral dynamics 1999 version question

Hi,
I want to know if there is a way you can put the 2007 ebook edition of Astral dynamics the first edition into a print book? The reason I'm asking is because I like it over the newer version you wrote (not saying that the second version is bad) from 2009. Amazon has a(n) self publishing book publishing company for physical books called "createspace".

Please consider this. I've been trying to read the 2007 ebook version on my amazon kindle fire and it's too hard on the eyes even with the new text. I got it when you were giving it away for free through email.

Also are you going to write / publish a third edition of astral dynamics in 2019?
