Feeling a lack of power in dreams

Hi Robert,

Regularly I experience a lack of power when falling asleep and some kind of entity is holding me from the back in a thight grip with his arms. When I try to break the grip I can feel that the entity is must stronger than I am. I am not afraid of it I tell it to bother someone else with his pathetic behaviour and he then looses his grip.

Is there a way to train the astral body to have more power to break loose from this overwhelming power?

Low power astral projections are fairly normal when you are new to OBE.

Astral projection tends to get more powerful with practice, particularly if you are making conscious exits out of body.

I also advise that spoken affirmations are used, during your normal life, eg. 'my astral body is strong and powerful' and during your actual OBEs

Energy work, stimulating the energy body and its Chakras, regularly, will also help.
