There is a secret in insight - if it comes from the "real" you, it will always be true to God. Dealing with negs that cannot be true to God themselves... this theory is called deliverance. If your shadow were to appear before yourself in an everyday dream... would you heed the calling yet? I am picturing a man with a hat on who sells nothing. He wants to talk about lovers... so I talk about nothing.

Once the sacral chakra is open and able, along with the heart and third eye, you enable peace by choosing others. This is the big deal - people who choose others impurely will never be the kundalini. In the same sort of vain, people with kundalini will never choose others like that. Hence the theory is to be inspired and not negative, with your great ideas. Search for raising the kundalini with orgasm.
