have u reached the same places via phasing AND OBE???

I was wondering if you can visit the exact same astral planes phasing

AND

via RTZ OBE'ing and shifting over to the astral

Not in my experience. Astral phasing is different. I am starting to think this may involve a projection of the mental body, rather than the astral body.

Astral phasing does not seem to allow for solid real time projection, or to shift through astral plane surface skin structures. It seems to mainly involve the first few astral planes.

More on this later....re more data needed
