Just to pass on something I have been doing lately, & getting out of the body with much greater ease . . . as I lie down (on my back with my arms at my sides) I adopt the Kubera mudra (tips of index & middle fingers against the tip of the thumb, & the ring and little fingers folded in against the palm). It's supposed increase one's will power, but I find it also increases energy sensations & speed of exit. May work for you if you're having trouble exiting. . . . .
