About "Energy Release Issues" in your book "Energy Work"

Hello, Robert.

In the chapter about blockages in "Energy Work" I found your slicing technique under the heading "Energy Release Issues". In your technique you talk about scanning the body upward, from toe to head.

I had very good experiences with doing the opposite, also for emotional energy nodes, going from head to toe, and I have read that this is recommended for grounding purposes, finishing in the ground to earth the unraveled energy. I usually don't experience the "dark night of the soul" you refer to when talking about releasing emotional energies.

Do you think the downward direction might serve to reduce these "release issues"? Do you have experience with this or could try this out if it makes any difference for you when you do your slicing technique yourself?

Am finally starting to catch up here....

Sorry its taken so long.

The methods I give in Energy Work are logical applications for energy work. Alternatives are possible. Experiment and find what works best for you. We are coming up with new ways all the time.

The downward action works fine. But I don't have any evidence to suggest it being better for releasing blockages or negative energies. However, if you believe this to be so, then your intention will affect the action.

The 'dark night' depression only usually happens when a biggie has been released.
