I personally think McKenna is a brilliant author. I've currently only read one of his books, but it was so well written and really seemed to help me when I was going through a tough time. Though this book seems to be more based on relationship trauma. My borken heart seems to be more resulting from, if you will, a relationship with life that ended badly. Though it may be worth checking out sometime. I also thought it might interest over people here. Doesn't seem to be any reviews of it on Amazon.
