How am I supposed to go through the raising kundalini program?

Hey Robert,

I've just purchased the Raising Kundalini program,

What i'm missing is how many exercises am I supposed to do per day?
You have alot of background information which is good. Sometimes you mention the exercises, do I have to stop watching and do the exercises?

Like doing body awareness exercises for 15 minutes per day?
How many exercises do I have to do before raising Kundalini?

Or do I have to watch ALL the videos before proceeding with any exercises?
