Copy: Energy work and Lucid Dreams

Greetings everyone and Robert,
First a big thank you for everything I'm a fan for sure. I'm new to this however I'm really good at having lucid dreams. The last few times in a lucid dream state I decided to do energy work and had amazingly vibrant feelings and visuals. My question is this, is energy work within a lucid dreaming state actually doing real energy work on me? I realize it's all in my head but I'm curious to know. It has been incredibly intense compared to energy work while awake.

I believe it is, because your consciousness is centered on your body, and where attention goes so does energy.
