Can you tell whether the chakra is on the surface of the skin or in the middle of the body?
Can you tell me whether the chakra is on the surface of the skin or in the middle of the body? For example, when using the stirring energy method to stimulate the heart chakra, do you stir the surface of the skin or around the heart? thank you very much!

The main 7 chakras are located in the spine. The energy fields they generate protrude beyond the skin. As such you can stir at the skin but would have way more affect if you stir at the depth of the spine.
