Kundalini is an exoskeleton that supports our energy system.

In my point of view kundalini is an "exoskeleton" that supports and energizes our energy body (system), at least I think so... I came to this conclusion after discovering that meditation helps me to fight colds. Meditation synchronizes Kundalini and the energy system of human body during which Kundalini feeds the human energy system. That's why I think that meditation is so important for people who have awakened Kundalini.
