I had a nap in the garden yesterday and ended up listening to some music lying down half asleep. I was imagining smal very bright stars coming out of my forehead not flying away but fading very quickly as they were out of the head. it started to pulse and after a while I couldn't stop imagining it , I lost control of my imagination !!
and my head felt as if it were heavy, I cannot explain the feeling it's really like a headache spread from the forehead to the neck but it was not painful as such, more like a feeling of being tense inside the head
very wierd

It's not the first time I'm unable to stop it, for eg if there is an energy ball going up and down my legs, when I need to stop and do it in my arms I sometimes have the impression I cannot stop. For the stars and buzzing it might be explained by the fact that I went out the previous night and to put it mildly, a had just a tiny bit far too much to drink. But no hangover the next day, as I couldn't work (too tired and feeling not so good) I closed the door of my office, inflated my matras and did two hours of energy work...that's just before the 3rd eye stimulAtion.....
It's a positive way of making use of a sobering day.....don't tell that to my boss though !
