How is it I've seen the neg floating next to my shoulder or head (he looks like a mass of black energy with a black spiky aura which is always pulsating) and yet sometimes I feel a banging which is usually coming from inside my left foot?
I know very well the neg causes the banging sensation, but I can't figure out how he does it. Any ideas?

No. It happens on the whole of my sole. It's not a muscle twitch. It feels like someone's hammering my sole with their fist from the inside.
