Earth & Air Kundalini rise up legs manifest from joints

Buddhist mediation class 1st one at Westerly Centre
I
This was our 1st session there was no talk about asana,just silence
then lean back in chair close eyes,focus on emptying thought
focus on breath,then left alone for a time

I saw a purple screen and then the inner eye
and saw the nun's teachers behind her mostly male
above her coming down
from one who rose much higher
like a trail up to him and back down again then in a queue

I came out of my body and approached her kneeling on the left in namaste
tried to come out again from the right in bi location
came out but could not approach her on the right
was impaired
kept bumping into people and chairs in projection so walked to back of class and kept being distracted
and my attention was taken out of building
I floated through a portal in the wall

I saw a blue hairy arm enter my head and lift up the top
of the core of the moonstone
it became like an umbrella
of purple lotus blossoms

then he put something in the brain
and stirred it around
an attunement
and said take this ( the umbrella)
and be a light to my people
teach for me
Do not ask "Who will I teach ,who will hire me after this heart attack?"
then I saw Christ who said write a book for me,teach for me
and I saw Buddha who said write for the world
and then I saw them together in Wesak Valley under a conjugal ray of light with 3 beams
pink , blue and gold
suddenly I am in a healing room
a spirit doctor unbuckled my ribs
and pulled energy out of my esophagus and chest
it felt much better for a time

then Buddhist monks appeared in a double queue
holding a cut tree without branches , lopped clean
they held this massive heavy tree and came towards me chanting
and then shoved it into my back through and up my spine
the pressure was uncomfortable and I waited for the sensation to pass ,
it burned too , very fiercely for a moment
then it came out of the top of my head
about 6 feet higher than my head and began to bloom
it set fruits of many colours
and rainbow coloured leaves filled each branch
I saw exploding rainbow colours ...very cool

I asked which God was the blue armed one
Was it Shiva ?
I heard "Tell them the Monkey God .I am the Monkey God ",curiously

II Then we had the lecture .This term will focus on discipline of the mind, giving , patience.
Today discipline the mind
the only place of happiness is the mind, not in chocolate or company of another
those are fleeting pleasures not happiness
need to train the mind to be happy in a world of suffering
to not make our reaction a problem
observe it , fix it but don't take it on board
homework; eat chocolates one after another
until you don't want anymore getting absolutely sick of it
then understand such foods brings suffering not happiness perhaps just 1 is a fleeting moment of pleasure
Hee Hee but I did not do my homework, I must lose weight .
SIGH such homework that would have been!!

III a Meditation contemplating on the lesson
I saw a Bodhi tree and Buddha as the fat and happy aspect sitting beneath it and I knelt and asked, "How can we maintain a happy mind during suffering such as violence or torture ?"
He answered ,"You know that answer student ; leave the body ( in projection ) or choose to die .You do not have to give in to suffering."
Then he lead me to a cave beneath the Dragon Temple where he became old and thin He showed me two scrolls one black and one white and read from both at once .
"We can count our blessings or our sufferings "
"We can choose to be happy during this incarnation and to become educated or we can whinge and build up the suffering instead and pass it on to others. "

Notes from Kundalini Event during Meditative Trance ;
saw a golden lotus on a purple screen
this rose upward becoming a golden crown between 2 white pillars in a black hole
a God king riding a shaggy long haired goat
appeared on my left side
side on profile to me
very short
very thin armed child body but with a mature expression
skin blue black as polished ebony
white-silver thin striped pattern just under shoulder across top of arm
(ash stripes of immortality)
and again on lower arm high above wrist
three lobe tiered domes on golden crown
face hidden in flames
I asked who he was ,he said a chant and then naga ku

i became flushed with flame energy and intensely hot
a horrible pain in right eye was temporary but soon passed
I saw before me a child of fire
all flames
brilliant light
with lapis lazuli blue eyes and a lapis lazuli blue third eye too
out of her heart onto the palm of her hand came a flame , brighter than rest
which became 5 golden cobras with blue eyes
and marked with a few blue bands
thick warm cobra the size of a child's arm
wriggled into my foot
ran up right foot instep to knee
could not fit beneath the skin
the feeling was intense
I could see the skin move with open eyed clairvoyance
and wondered if others in class could see it
this occurred in a Buddhist Meditation Centre Course
new, I had no peers there ,no one to confide in

a reciprocal cool wind stream which was just a thin trickle of air current
came floating up the left leg from the ground
just a beat behind the right
spiral cobras
out of right knee formed 5 cobras
rising shortest inside , back , right , front, left front knee tallest
highest cobra first
the same on the left.
then the cobras raced to the hips and repeated their dance
the nagas are blue lapis lazuli with golden flames
and golden necks with bright lapis lazuli blue eyes
blockage in right neck tonight
so event skipped shoulders neck
went to elbow slight flow at wrist

now sitting in a throne of kundalini cobra formed around 5 at each spot
peered down into the hole between and saw rainbow colours swirling

I asked on the way to car
she said ku like kundalini a totem or body of Kundalini
he said naga , a godform aligned with naga like the cobra
At home ,I googled this and found l
The god of kundalini upon a goat = Agni a child God associated with Agni is Skanda!
HE IS SKANDA ! light ~ a child god
son of shiva born from the third eye on the forehead
as agni upon a goat

SHE IS JYOTI! spark of light ~ the formless one
daughter of shakti born from the third eye on the forehead

purple lotus at brow
golden trilobed crown at centre of the lotus
it rises
I project with it
before me a temple of cobras standing on tails
some turned in groups in any direction
a group turned in half shell formation towards me
taller than myself

from this centre appear shiva , shakti , skanda and jyoti
right eye left ear shiva
left eye right ear shakti
right foot right leg knee, hip , Skanda
left foot left leg knee hip Jyoti
fire family all

there is a holy family of each element
although skanda brought earth kundalini to right side
and jyoti brought air kundalini to left side
these are still as a form of fire in appearance
a story begins
the Shakti and Shiva are in embrace
discreetly the lovers embrace beneath the waves of purple lotus blossoms
suddenly a red faced lion masked figure with golden eyebrows and red human body appears many armed

Is this the Monkey God in disguise ?

he peeps , he peers he tried to see but can not such is the modesty of their embrace
still he is quite jealous
and he waits until Shakti is alone
and appears as Shiva but the leaves whisper his deceit
at first she runs away
he pursues
but then she stops running
turns and becomes a bow
she shoots an arrow into his protesting hand and it rises up the right arm
he cries out in pain and beseeches with the left hand
and the arrow pierces it next and rises up the left arm to the shoulder
then he stands on the left foot screaming and she aims and sinks it into right foot
and then he is hopping away on right foot making mighty leaps with the left as fast as he can
but she cripples him again shooting into his left leg and he howls in pain.

now Shiva hears and is so angered
he grabs the red demon by his ankles and drags him along
suspending him upside down
and in this time out the demon learns from the arrows to behave
as they burst forth as kundalini serpents from behind each joint arm first this time
and so this is how it will begin as the kundalini came to the legs and then the arms now it will come again to the arms and then the legs but upside down
the magician suspends self in projection and/or physically and endures this onslaught and is so transmuted again.
the serpents emerge like tiny feathers not massive and strong like the serpents of yesterday but like a fringe of golden en masse many more but much smaller
these must be a pre-kundalini fringe

then garuda appears and with the wings fans the magician and enters the back
the wings of garuda become golden
and his golden beak hangs down the face like a mask
covering the third eye for a time like a skull cap

And the magician is carried by Garuda out of exile and back upright to continue thier path.

I learnt a figure 8 breath to attune the eyes from Shiva
draw in fire to the left eye , out right ear
wrap around head
draw in fire to the left ear and out right eye

B.
I evoked Shakti
and asked her to shoot her arrows into my palms and then into my soles
I raised the right hand
felt that
waited and raised the left hand
felt that
and raised the right foot and then the left foot
I felt this like a jab of pressure sort of like being poked
it was not painful
but like pillars of energy being inserted quickly
afterwards I felt exhilerated and exhuberant , very happy

At the Buddhist Centre again.

As soon as I tranced I felt a stirring in the Throne of God .This is a flat energy centre at the base of the spine on the pelvic floor . I felt the energy moving widdershins slowly and thickly like a bread dough being stirred.Then the branchless tree trunk manifested in my spine again not above it as if it had retracted there like a telescope. Or was this another lower section of it? It moved up smoothly , effortlessly and was blanched like a skinned potato. This was the Tree of Life without bark. It was tapered at the top , rounded off. The tree pushed up, extruded from the Throne of God energy centre until it extended far above the head of the body. Then a crude brown snake the size of a child's arm shivered up shaking itself erect and then slowly encircling from the base of the tree to the top. This was felt subtly. After reaching the top it continued its path encircling the tree from the top to the base and then instead of sleeping it slithered out of the body .

I think this was a Pre-K event because it was not a strong sensation and it seemed in preparation .

(IV)Dream
In fact I dreamed last night about the snake becoming pregnant and slithering back into the base of the tree ready to give birth.

II The lecture was about patience. The mind that is accepting is patient. It accepts that suffering comes from Karma.

III 2nd Meditation
Buddha appeared standing with a rounded belly; the Happy Buddha. He extended his hands to me through a wall of energy. His hands became Golden. I was in a heavy trance and attempted to lift my physical hand to him but could not do so. Then I projected from the body and took his hands but I could only place one hand through the hole in the wall before me.

The left hand slipped through the hole and as he touched it , it became a black cobra to the elbow . And he changed into a massive black cobra about 16 feet tall above the coiled tail on the ground . His eyes glowed golden there were many not 2 in a symmetrical pattern like a chevron of golden eyes. He opened his mouth and looked as if he would swallow me whole but instead he swallowed the globe, the entire world.

Then Vishnu appeared in his place (perhaps an earlier incarnation of the Buddha). He was green skinned with a long lei of flowers around his neck to the floor. He had a small black cobra from the middle of his forehead hanging limply like curls from fringe/bangs down to the nose
He was barechested and wore a long cloth like toga from the waist to his feet. The face of a male lion appeared over his right shoulder in a circle of flames , fire breathing from the nostrils. On the left shoulder a thin long necked bird with a long tail of feathers perhaps a peacock or lyre bird.

Cobras came out of his back and his neck then a flare of them like peacock tails too numerous to count. He lifted his arms and these came from the shoulders and elbows too. Then he lifted one leg and cobras came from his ankles and knees and hips . Replacing the left foot , he lifted the right foot and the cobra skirt appeared in the same manner on the right leg.

Then he pointed with his right index finger to the heavens , bowed his head and was gone.
