how to do the shielding energy practice

hey guys
i just want to clarification about how to do the shielding exercise that Robert bruce demonstrate on this video

cause the voice is noisy and not clear i couldn't catch how to do the exercise so please anyone have an idea i hope you can help me

I didn't hear anything about shielding, just clearing.
Anyway, At first he is doing the 'blue ball' bounce from the root to the head. It is the 'energy ball' technique that is illustrated in this example, but in the video he is doing a torso to head bounce.
Then he goes into a plank exercise.

Once you get it rotating, you extend it out to whatever part of your area you want to "clear".
