It seems some spirits are attacking me how can I stopp them

OK HI I am new to this section.

In general me or a friend can get ride of the spirits, I am very good at cleansing spirits but my friend told me he sensed that some of a pain I am feeling sometimes is caused by a nearby spirit.

I feel in my right ribs like a pain or kick in me with a hand of the spirit. It only happens randomly but is very painfull.

What can I do if this happens again? Really is painfull, the event left no marks in me just the huge pain in my ribs.

Don't assume it's a spirit because someone said so- if the pain persists (do you have an appendix?) go to a doctor, your symptoms could be physical, like apendicitis (spanish spelling) or even your gall bladder (bazo)- lots of possibilities, better be sure.
