I remember the show Fact or Fiction tried to debunk this one and couldn't- it's just too hard to try to fake by the means they had at their disposal, unless it's a really sophisticated CG effect. What it is I have no idea.

Well, it is a copy of a not-too-clear surveillance video, so there are lots of possibilities, including a hoax. I did go on the net to see if I could find any definitive debunking, but so far no one's come up with anything really plausible. Doesn't mean it's NOT a hoax of some sort, of course.
I don't know what to make of it. I'm not that quick to believe grainy videos posted on the internet, but it's a damned interesting video, no matter what it is or is not. I do like being interested.
