    Copy: screaming upon obe exit

Hello Robert. Why do I scream during my obe exit. My consciousness hears a part of me scream and then I seem to instinctually know to match the same tone as that scream in order to exit my physical body. Nobody in the house hears me screaming.

    Re: screaming upon obe exit

    Hi lightgal.
The phenomenon of hearing screaming has been discussed by Robert here, under the Mental/Visual Feedback section,
    http://www.astraldynamics.com/home/astr ... art-7.html

And described in the forums here, under noise:

I hope this answers your questions.

    Thank you CTtraveller.
I went to your link and read the info. I actually read that before in Robert's book. This is similar but a little different.
In both cases, my first two conscious obe sessions, I hear myself scream, the scream is already in progress when I hear it (not a scared or angry scream - just a screechy scream, I know this sounds weird). Instinctually a part of me knows in order to connect and get out of my physical body, this part of me must match the same level and tone of scream from the other part of me - expanded body perhaps.
I do it and then I'm out. Blind and clumsy, but out none-the-less.
Last night I got out without screaming. I heard alot of astral noise and wind around me and instead of being scared I became excited because I knew this was an exit opportunity. It's funny how thing can be overcome when priorities change. I tuned into the vibrations and worked on sitting up. After a little struggle, I did sit up and get out. It was dark, but unlike the other times I could see after commanding light a few times. Even in that state I was so thankful and excited. I tried out many new things including flying. After a while I think my dream mind was prominent, because thing were becomming more dream-like and eventually ended with me asking a group of ladies, one of which I had not seen for 20 years to shake me so that I can go back to my body. I was not upset, only a little confused because what seem to start off as an obe seemed to become mixed up with a very long dream.
I am so happy to have added this new atmosphere and dimension available to my conscious self, in my life.
Thank you Robert and Brian for the wonderful programme and information.

In that case, I copied the original topic and put it back on the 'Ask RB' forum.
