Hello, am I supposed to feel a sort of barrier to where I can bring up energy to my root chakra but not past? I am just starting and I feel my chakras are pretty unhealthy atm so maybe I just need to do more work, but has anyone else encountereed this or know anything about it?
Iget that exact same thing when raising kundalini, I pull the energy up but as soon as I try to raise it up past the root chakra a sort of #magnetic force# seems to pull contrary to where the energy is meant to go and stops it altogther, my guess is that the energy body is not developed yet for it to flow naturally, but also a good sign that it is developing.
Ive been working at it all night and I can get it up more now, past the chakra but not too far, kind of feels stuffy, as far as kundalini though there are a few pathways that are open, one of them being straight up the spine more or less, which I used to do often but not so much anymore. From what I can tell this is quite powerful and often makes me shake while i do it, but its pleasure in a wayalso heart area seems pretty open if coming out from the sides or arms
I suppose its indicate of a blockage, do you feel better now that you have passed that level slightly ? I can access the chakras directly no probs but my aim is to raise energy up the primary channel thru each of the chakras starting from the root, and herein lies the problem it seems.
