Pressure on the heart chakra all the time

Hi guys,

I am following the MAP program and ever since I activated the heart chakra, I have been feeling pressure on my chest around the heart chakra all the time, even during the day when I am not practicing. It is a bit uncomfortable.

I have tried to pay no attention to it, hoping it can go away, but it doesn't work very well.

Do you guys have experienced this before. How can I get rid of it?

I can't say that I have. Have you seen a medical practitioner? Just to be safe it's not something physical that the energy work made you aware of.
