Spirit or what?

Hey

So, recently I have been experiencing some "odd" things and in my house I often sense a very bad energy. A year ago or so I really started to notice some things, seeing some quick glimpses of bodies or faces while just in my house and sensing bad energy, especially around my bathroom. I also notice crazy thoughts going through my head in the shower or while brushing my teeth(in the bathroom).
Recently, it's gotten worse and I'm starting to really wonder what is happening. A few days ago my bedroom door swung open suddenly and in the shower a few hours ago I felt a hand on my leg. I could feel the fingers and everything.
I just want to know what this "entity" could be and if there is a way to help fight it off...

Yes, but it was very noticeable when I first felt it compared to the rest of the time.

I don't understand this. It was more noticeable with the water on, or with the water off?

You can try smudging your house with white sage and also use essential oils on your body. It sounds like confused deceased people to me. Maybe you are devoloping psychic senses and these spirits thus get attracted to you because they believe you can lead them over to the other side. The crazy thought thing could perhaps be related to an astral parasite or something similar.

this kind of thing can stir it up more. its better left alone when it is passive like this imho.

Hey, Sorry CF I was gone for a day or two. I didn't mean to ignore you. The hand I felt was when the water was on, but it may have been because of something more physical like I was wearing my socks for too long lol. But I do still feel some weird energies(not sure what to make of them, whether good or bad). I think I'll try to leave it for a little and if it keeps getting worse I'll ask again. Thanks for the info reptoid.
