chakras...

ummm...talking about primary centres...

its written in the book that by intuition u wud know how long primary centres need to be worked on with time...can anybody help me with this...i cant tell...sorta...and i am really interested on chakras...esp. coz of psychic energy...

i have done secondary work for 3 weeks now and all primary centres have some sensations...is there a long-term safe routine of time spend on each primary centres somebody cud suggest???

I'd recommend no more than 5 minutes per center, once you feel active sensations in that center.
