Thread: can't exit?

  1. can't exit?

    i slept for 5 hours, had a wonderful dream fully vivid. When i woke up i didnt open my eyes or move. I was in instant paralysis. Tried the rope technique, didnt work. Then i tried to move side to side and after tried to lift my hand, didnt work. Then at last i tried asking for help, that didnt work either. After i kept on trying these techniques but nothing happened. during this whole process i was rolling my eyes to the side that i intended to move my astral body. Also when i was trying these methods or any other techniues, i had like mind paralysis too where i could not even imagine myself moving, i couild only see like imaginery images in my mind like my kitchen but i could not really move my astral body with my mind. it was like i was too relaxed or something.
    Couldnt figure this one out.....can anyone help me, PLEASE??

    it was like a rapid eye movement...i just do that becuase it helps with the imagination and feeling.....like when i am rocking side to side i tend to move my eyes a little ....when i said i roll my eye it didnt mean that i move them in a circular motion constantly, i jus tend to move them a little to the side so it helps with process....its more realistic

    That is fine to get to the proper state, but if you are still doing it during the exit, it will get in the way. The idea is to disengage from the physical body at this point, and by moving it you are anchoring yourself in the body. Make sure you are completely paralyzed or as close as possible before exiting, and do an exit technique that doesn't require moving your physical body. I am not sure if when you say you were moving side to side you are talking about your energy body or the physical.

    also when i try to project my mouth keeps on getting wet i have to clear it every 10mins....how can i get rid of this problem?

    Keep swallowing, and ignore it. All those are body cues, and if you're aware of it, you're not relaxed or tranced enough.
    When body/comfort issues come up as you are following your routine, you just adjust and continue, just as if you were going to sleep. Eventually your body will stop being an issue when your conscious awareness is sufficiently disengaged from your body awareness.
    Make sure you are following some sort of mental activity (color breathing, pranayama, mantras, even energy work) to keep you distracted enough that you can get to the point that in your awareness, that stuff just doesn't matter, because you're just not aware of it.

  7. Don't even think that you have a physical body. Just think out of it, plan where you wanna go, where you wanna be, think it would be nice to be out of the body. Try to roll your body, it everytime works for me and rises the vibrations too Just keep on telling that its gonna happen sooner or later everynight to yourself.
    You are forcing to have some kind of multiple projections while your rolling ur eyes and swallowing I guess (in my point of view), after some practices you can be able to swallow and project without breaking the projection. Just don't risk your first shoot, its really important.

    Hi CFTraveler! I'm going really good, thanks for your helps. Just yesterday I got lovely vibrations again. But couldnt got out because I have a really stressful life nowadays, but having vibrations and rolling side to side was good too

    CFTtraveler is right, Focusing on any part of your body, eyes, arms, legs,.. whatever, just keeps your consiousness in the body.

    You can even practice those actions when you're not trying to project- for practice, so that when it's time to try this type of exercise it comes more naturally.
