i am combining map trance practice with bardons step1 exercises. i do relaxation, breathwork, energy work in the usual manner, then, during trance i practise thought observation, control exercises of step 1, later i do the mental falling exercise.
my problem is, when i do the trance exercises, at first i feel very relaxed and comfortable and after sometime i become suddenly restless and badly want to get up as if i jusk woke up from sleep. but, after getting up, i feel very drowsy and go to sleep. i dont know why i feel so much agitated and restless during practice suddenly when i was very much relaxed previously. please tell me what to do.
