I'm new to raising energy and starting out slowly with just a few body parts per day. I've read about people concentrating on specific areas for healing the body. Is there a specific area for energy/ rejuvination? I feel constantly drained and have ruled out physical causes by my doctor. I also suffer from insomnia on occasion, but I find that my newfound interest in meditation has helped that significantly. I was just wondering what else I could do to feel energized? Any suggestions?
