Is this what I should be feeling?

I haven't attempted energy work in months because I never felt like it did anything for me, but last night during my trance/meditation I decided to give it a go again. I mainly concentrated on a full body circuit and within a few minutes I had a quick-pulsating tingling or electric sensation going up my spine. Does this mean I have finally been successful to a degree? I intend to try again tonight as it felt really nice.
