As far as I can tell, this is the only link where the alleged official announcement has been declared. You'd think if two world governments had made such announcements it would be evident somewhere.

They also announced:

Sorry CFT, I know you maybe post this solely for our entertainment. But I'm afraid it might really scare some gullible people, so I would recommend not to propagate "stuff" like this any longer, unless there is really some slight ground of substantiation in it.
My goodness ... take a look at some of the other 'articles' they run ... that website really is either a complete parody / satire or - if they are really serious - it's actually a promising candidate for the dullest-ever alien-conspiracy hogwash site ever on the net. E.g., so this is what NASA now does...? When? Where?

I think it's funny that groups are constantly announcing that this or that government is going to 'disclose' we are visited- as if.
That's why I post it. I think at this juncture if some alien conspiracy were intent on destroying the earth it would have happened already a long time ago, and we're still here.
But debunk it anyway, I like it- debunking is good, shows discernment.
