Help me heal my brain tumor

I have had chemotherapy radiotherapy which both succeeded in destroying something, but sadly not my brain tumor

You'll get there , the ideal/most effective combinations of chemo and radio take a while for your oncologist to figure , but once an optimal regimen is configured the remission rates are very high!
So i'm just to recommend that you keep up with the ghastly stuff and just bite the bullet and keep at it along with NEW (which I was practicing years before i was on this forum) , I might be a bit rusty that way but we have members and faculty who are if anything "adept" at it.

I am a young, optimistic and more or less intelligent person with (great) interest in mathematics and spirituality

On a personal note a think a large part of seeing this through depends on will and yours is clearly soaring
