I log in multiple times every day and check to see if any spam posts need to be deleted (we get at LOT of them; most go directly into moderated status, though, so users never see them) or if any legitimate posts got caught in the spam filter. It's generally only a matter of hours (sometimes minutes) before a mod logs in and checks these things. So, while it is pretty annoying to have your posts go into moderation (honestly, if there was a way to "whitelist" a user so they could post without being flagged, we'd do that, but there doesn't seem to be any function for that available), know that it won't be very long before it's approved.

Eventually, the filter will figure out you're okay and stop bugging you so much, I'm pretty sure (I'm assuming the filtering system is Bayesian). In the meantime, it's a good exercise in patience, and maybe faith.
