Dear IA, I hope that you do not mind my intruding into your dream diary! I read your last post with some concern. The fear you felt must have substantial. To avoid such risk, maybe it would help to recite your own signature - the quote from Robert Bruce - over and over again, almost like a mantra, prior to sleep?

I have reached that level where I have accepted reality so to speak..where I am devinely protected..what ever happens ...happens.
Do not misunderstand me...much has to do is acceptance... I do everything what is in my power to keep me safe..that goes only so far..if you understand what I mean?

That I have accepted reality does not take my fear away....fear comes and goes several times a day...it is very consuming...
