came across this one a while ago, it claims to encompass the human "history" and all information (possibly gained from channeling, epiphanies, abductees, akashic/esoteric history readings, etc.) about all the other alien species surrounding us

Some of this "information" can of course be read about here and there and elsewhere. I remember e.g. the stories about the (mostly) benevolent Pleiadeans that come here for our development and healing from the Reconnective Healing book.

It is of course a fascinating read. But what is your opinion, is this worth anything or just all baloney & mumbo-jumbo?

Similar to, allegedly, a time capsule underground located, beneath Sphinx at Giza plateau, at Island of the Sun (Titicaca lake) there exists another; both to date "unexplored", full of ooparts.

Some Ooparts indicate Earth was inhabited since times far far ancient than limit of about 4.000.000 years fixed by mainstream paleonthology for mankind.
