Not sure what happened.

I became lucid at the end of a dream and returned to where I was lying in bed. It's as if I could see through closed eyelids but instead of the white peaceful vision of my room it was dark and thinks were gray in tones. All of a sudden my mattress rose high up into the air and flipped over dumping me out into a face-forward freefall into blackness. I could see gray lines rushing past me and my immediate thought was "No! I'm going to end up on a sublevel plane which friteghtened me so I directed myself with all my willpower back upwards. I felt like I was being lifted back up where I eventually found myself back in bed and awake. I now wish that I hadn't fought it and had gone with the flow.

Hi Lamommy78,

Thanks for sharing, Sometimes I also tap out early when come across something I'm simply not used to seeing or hearing
which then turns to me being afraid, I later kick myself but I guess its part of the learning curve.
