kundalini rising and falling thru 3 channels

The unaware human is born with a full chakral column
Usually 2 to 5 of the spinal chakras are open at birth
We can ennumerate this stage as 0 to 7
The seeker begins to develop clairient abilities ,
we can sit in meditation and feel at peace
after the first layer of white light infuses the 7 chakras on the spine
the seat of the soul ignites

The First flame of the kundalini ascends
We can enumerate this growth stage as the chakral layer 8 to 14
it is yellow , the first of the primary tri fold flame
and represents male aspects of the godhead
it is the sun and Yahweh
the golden layer of subtle body infuses the chakras
it is what exists now –it is Creation-it is Life
it is the Golden Breath of God
it is the Left Brain and the shift we are leaving from
after the second layer of golden light infuses the chakral column
the aspirant confirms a path ,tries to project and tries to clairvoyantly see

    Second flame of kundalini descends
we can enumerate this next stage as chakra 15 to 21
it is platinum blue the second of the primary tri fold flame
and represents the female Aspect- of the Godhead
it is What Could Be-it is Conception-it is Magic
it is the blue moon the mother and Shekinah
it is the Right Brain and the shift to where we are going to
after the platinum blue layer of the subtle bodes infuse the chakras
another chakral layers infuses the chakral column 22-28
subsequent subtle bodies continue to be imbibed with light

Third flame of kundalini ascends completing the braid of the tri fold flame
I cannot enumerate this next stage
it is a long progression before the next flame
on the Universal Path the third flame ignites at initiation 8 and the fourth flame ignites at initiation 100
it is pink ,the third of the primary tri fold flame
and represents the son Aspect- of Godhead
it is earth and fire and the avatar it is love
the aspirant develops stronger clairient abilities and learns to control projections and to remote view
we manifest the dragon heads in the human energy body
these become green then red then golden lions
we manifest a white then black then golden sphinx
and we complete the great work
    and then the majestic work

The kundalini finally ignites the fourth flame after many more lessons
    all paths lead to God
on the universal path this occurs at initiation 100
suddenly the kunalini starts to change rapidly
we learn pranic breathing and cobra breaths
and raise the nagas thru the nadis
the nadis are purged of snakes
and the garden is weeded so that new cobra energy may arise
we manifest the Uraeus , the cobra arms around the Urn of Garuda
and the mulitple Cobra hood of Vishnu
as the cobra pelvis emerges too
hidden discreetly by the turtle skirt of Vishnu
the kundalini continues to rise and fall
and we complete La Victoire Triomphe

but the kundalini is not completed in its work
it continues to rise and fall thru many layers more of suble bodies
until 14 subtle bodies are imbibed with light then the 5th chitra occurs
this is the sought after five coloured line of the lotus

    and so it goes
the goal is not the destination
    but the journey
    just keep swimming

Tentatively, some take these as the right and the left sympathetic cords, but they are subtle tubes that carry Prana. The Moon moves in the Ida and the Sun in the Pingala. Ida is cooling. Pingala is heating. Ida flows through the left nostril and the Pingala through the right nostril.

a spirtual force -In addition to the seven chakras of the subtle body, the Tantras have described a network of subtle channels known as Nadis. According to the tantric treatise Shiva Samhita, there are fourteen principal nadis. Of these, Ida, Pingala and Sushumna are considered the most important.

Pingala is the right channel. Pingala is red, masculine, hot, represents the sun and is associated with the river Yamuna. Originating in Muladhara, Pingala ends up in the right nostril.

Ida is the left channel. Ida is white, feminine, cold, represents the moon and is associated with the river Ganga (Ganges). Originating in Muladhara, Ida ends up in the left nostril.

Sushumna is the central channel and is associated with the river Saraswati. Running up the body from just below Muladhara chakra to Sahasrara chakra at the crown of the head.

Clair, very early on, almost a year ago now, I was very intrigued by kundalini. I decided to see if i could raise it so I ate a .7g mushroom that i grew myself and put on the osho kundalini tracks. To save room lets just say I deffinently was able to raise it, but as it got about halfway up my spine I worried that maybe I was not fully prepared as I really knew nothing about it. So I stopped, went back and raised it partially again. I haven't raised it since and I'm wondering if i made a mistake or how, in your experience, I should approach further awakening or preperation. Thanks.

'srooms and tracks i dinna know about lol

    seriously though
i don't believe that kundalini should be feared
i don't agree with the negative symptom hype
it is the prevalent theme across the net today
the natural unfoldment is a beautiful safe process

but raising it all at once with substances
    seems risky and ill advised

    in our circle
we did not use any recreational substances
    we just meditated and projected
    recieved and learned
and integrated these lessons into our life
    the best way we could
from the first flame to the cobra hood took 9 years

the second flame to the fourth flame was 16 months

i wonder if anything could bring kundalini up in one day ??
....and if so what side effects there might be and would it be worth it ?

    i advocate natural progression
discipline and shedding ego are important

I agree with Robert Bruce's premise to strengthen the energy body
I agree with VioletSky's premise on discipline too :

There are several things needed for this goal to come together smoothly:
    1) Building of the energy body
    2) Mental Discipline
    3) Emotional Discipline
    4) Physical Body health
    5) Ego Discipline

Because there are mulitple kundalini events, it is possible that the one you recall is beyond the primary one described here . I feel that the initial K event is aptly described in this video which is commonly called "raising the kundalini" . Both because of the popular misconception that kundalini is raised only once and because of the lack of English speaking awareness otherwise the myth of a single flame is perpetuated . The vedic upanishads clearly delineate multiple events . I am clairvoyantly observing and mapping out the development of the energy body over time . And I am interested in hearing the valid kundalini experiences of occultists . I tire of the new age myths of hysteria and insanity that results in K rising .

So please reply on this thread if you have a description of a kundalini experience and how yours might contrast to the video above .

All of this took place around midnight on October 31st (all hallowe's eve)2003

I had my first Kundalini experience as a result of ingesting Amanitas Muscaria mushrooms when I was 16 or so. A type of magic mushroom that is commonly seen as very poisonous. This is just to keep people from eating them as they grow very abundantly in many parts of North America :p Asides fro mthat they are a VERY powerful experience and many ancient cultures who used them would only use the m once in their life as the experience is that powerful, unless one were shaman who was guided to use them as a tool...

That being said my experience in energy work hadn't been very much at the time, I had done some yoga and meditation but no extensive internal work. I did have a few problems integrating the experience afterwards but this was due to my life and the problems I was having at that time. I have had episodes of psychoses and been fairly close to being put on meds etc but I feel that that wasn't a direct result of this expewrience. This experience led me to really begin to pursue the path that I am on. Some might say the drugs opened me up "prematurely" as I have gone through many MANY hardships in the last few years. But I have found that most people go through spiritual crises or health crises of some sort and to some degree during this "neophyte" phase.

That being said, my experience was one of complete transcendance and merging with the infinite. That link you posted had a video which was originally done along with music by an incredibly spiritual group called Tool. Tool happened to be playing as background music for my experience. The experience lasted for 4 songs. The song Lateralus was the main event followed by a deep journey through the songs disposition, reflection and Triad.

I'll give a brief recounting of the experience here:

Lateralus: Having studied this song and been somewhat obsessed by it's contents I knew that it was structured with the fibonachi sequence. I'm not going to go into detail here as I could go on forever :p. just the lyrics alone "black then white-are all-I-see, in-my-in-fan-cy etc" (1, 1, 3, 5 etc)

Assuming a meditative posture I cleared my mind and focused in on my Sushumna or central column. I was nothing and then came down a white light. this column pierced down into the abyss below me. I had the sense that this column of light extended infinitely in both directions above and below yet they were both connected full cicrle. It was a strange paradox which can only occur in that altered state. Impossible sensation to describe as it is not 3-dimensional.

Everything that was occuring had deep connections and seemed to occur in sync to the music, lyrics and especially the drumming. There was a fairly powerful drumming part in the music and I was probably hearing some drums coming from some other places too when a powerful upsurge of erngy was added to the column of light. I had all (7) of my chakra's expand out. there were many other sensations noises and various other happenings occuring all around me and within me. My sense of my body completely dissolved and I merged with the universe which took form as a massive eye, infinitly large. I have come to accept this as the eye of horus. At that point I was omnisient omnipotent and omnipresent. There was no sense of time and I seemed to hang in this moment for an eternity. When I did return it was the next song...

Disposition and reflection: I wasn't in my body but I was in the basement where my body was. There was a portal on the one wall and I was being drawn into it by the music. (this song was much more peaceful) I went through it and found myself in an infinite expanse. I am still unsure as to what this was to this day and have enver been able to get back there (yet). I was quite content here but by the end of these two songs (half and hour or so!) I was losing consiousness and all through Triad everything was a blur. I haven't been able to recover those memories but perhaps I will try with a hypnotherapist some time.

I guess I am posting this as I felt it fit especially since that video basically describes exactly what I experienced. I never really thought about it as a kundalini experience but now I am most certain it was. however there was no snake symbology... But there was the upward energy rushing spike that sent me up into some higher plane.

I would like to hear Aunt Claires opinion on this perhaps?

    Hey I like your post!

I need several conditions to be met to get visuals while meditating.
Just simple stuff. Like having a calm enviroment I feel safe meditating in. but anywho. I've used music in energy work too!
