Sudarshan Kriya

Curious to hear if anyone has tried this breathing yoga technique and what the results were. From what research I've done, Kriya sounds worth incorporating.

Some of the first exercises are similar to the breathing you do before a Kundalini Yoga "workout".
Thank you for this resource, I'm going to see how I can incorporate it into my growing routine.

I hate to say I like the simplicity in approach, but I do. I've got one too many techniques I'm already using, so I made sure to research this one and the results are verifiable, whatever that means.
